Ticket Refund Policy

This Ticket Refund Policy (the “Policy”) is entered into by and between DEVCONNECT PHILIPPINES, INC., a non-profit organization with its office at Unit 501 The Orient Square Bldg., Don F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas Center San Antonio Pasig City 1605 Philippines, herein referred to as “DEVCON Mindanao Summit” (the “Organization”), and the ticket holder (the “Attendee”).

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • 1.1 DEVCON Mindanao Summit will issue refunds for summit tickets under the following conditions:
      • 1.1.1 Cancellation by the Attendee within 30 days before the event date.
      • 1.1.2 Inability to attend the summit due to unforeseen circumstances (subject to review and approval by the Organization).
  2. Refund Procedure:
    • 2.1 To request a refund, the Attendee must email to jpregua@devcon.ph.
    • 2.2 The Organization reserves the right to request proof of purchase before processing a refund.
  3. Refund Process:
    • 3.1 Refunds will be processed within 7-15 days days from the date of approval.
    • 3.2 Refunds will be subject to deductions for payment processing fees (3.02%), HelixPay service fees (7.84%), and convenience fees (0.71%), totaling 11.57% of the ticket price. The net refund amount will be 88.43% of the original ticket price
  4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    • 4.1 No refunds will be issued for tickets after the event date.
    • 4.2 Tickets purchased through third-party vendors are subject to the refund policies of those vendors.
  5. Event Cancellation:
    • 5.1 In the event of summit cancellation by DEVCON Mindanao Summit, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
    • 5.2 The Organization is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Attendee due to the event cancellation.

  7. Acceptance:
    • 7.1 The attendee acknowledges and agrees to abide by this Ticket Refund Policy by purchasing a ticket for the DEVCON Mindanao Summit.
